| El presente trabajo aborda una propuesta interna para modernizar las herramientas del área de cotización e implementar un modelo estándar en la empresa Trend Technologies México S. de R.L. de C.V., empresa dedicada a la manufactura de componentes metálicos y plásticos que además cuenta un catálogo de subprocesos que complementan las soluciones ofrecidas. Como parte de estas opciones, se encuentra el área de cotizaciones que sirve como primer punto de encuentro entre el cliente y la empresa y la posibilidad de entablar una relación comercial. Actualmente, afronta el reto de mejorar el proceso de cotización y entregar propuestas precisas para conservar la ventaja competitiva en este cambiante mercado de la manufactura, por lo que este documento desarrolla un proceso metodológico para la creación de un modelo estándar soportado por un software diseñado a medida para cubrir las necesidades de la empresa. El Capítulo I (Introducción) ofrece información general sobre la empresa manufacturera desde sus orígenes, ubicación geográfica, procesos ofrecidos, capacidades y estructura organizacional. El Capítulo II (Marco teórico), describe la investigación sistemática sobre los últimos estudios que dan soporte a las metodologías, herramientas y nociones utilizadas en la elaboración del proyecto. El Capítulo III (Procedimiento) describe paso a paso como se implementaron los conceptos investigados en el desarrollo del proyecto, así como las diferentes etapas de mejora derivadas de las pruebas y metodologías aplicadas. Por último, el Capítulo IV (Resultados) describe los resultados obtenidos al final del desarrollo e implementación de las metodologías de mejora continua que, en consecuencia, brindan un beneficio a la empresa agilizando el proceso. This paper addresses an internal proposal to modernize the tools of the quotation area and implement a standard model in the company Trend Technologies México S. de R.L. de C.V., a company dedicated to the manufacture of metal and plastic components that also has a catalog of sub-processes that complement the solutions offered. As part of these options, there is the quotation area that serves as the first meeting point between the client and the company and the possibility of establishing a commercial relationship. Today, this area faces the challenge of improving the quotation process and delivering accurate proposals to maintain a competitive advantage in the changing manufacturing market. In this document, you will find the methodical development of the creation of a program tailored to meet the needs of the company. Chapter I (Introduction) offers general information about the manufacturing company from its origins, geographic location, processes offered, capabilities, and organizational structure. Chapter II (Theoretical framework), describes the methodical and exhaustive research on the latest studies that support the methodologies, tools and notions used in the development of the project. Chapter III (Procedure) describes step by step how the concepts investigated in the development of the project were implemented, as well as the different stages of improvement derived from the tests and applied methodologies. Finally, Chapter IV (Results) describes the results obtained at the end of the development and implementation of continuous improvement methodologies that, consequently, provide a benefit to the company by streamlining the process. | |
