| El presente artículo describe la metodología para rediseñar los procesos actuales del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad (SGC) en la norma ISO 9001:2015 de un Centro CONACYT-CIATEQ en programas de posgrados, con el propósito de adaptarlos para el desarrollo e implementación de un Sistema de Gestión de Calidad Educativo (SGCE) que cumpla con la norma ISO 21001:2018, dicha metodología consta básicamente de 5 pasos los cuales son: Análisis comparativo de las normas en cuestión, diagnóstico inicial del SGC, planeación de actividades para la adaptación a la norma educativa, desarrollo e implementación del SGCE y finalmente evaluación, seguimiento y mejora del sistema de calidad; este reajuste en el sistema de calidad se realizó con la finalidad de contar con herramientas que nos permitan mejorar, aumentar la satisfacción y cumplir con las necesidades y expectativas de la comunidad estudiantil y partes interesadas educativas. This article describes the methodology to redesign the current processes of the Quality Management System (QMS) in the ISO 9001: 2015 standard of a CONACYT Center-CIATEQ in postgraduate programs, with the purpose of adapting them for the development and implementation of a System of Educational Quality Management (QMSE) that complies with the ISO 21001: 2018 standard, this methodology basically consists of 5 steps which are: Comparative analysis of the standards in question, initial diagnosis of the QMS, planning of activities for adaptation to the standard education, development and implementation of the QMSE and finally evaluation, monitoring and improvement of the quality system; This readjustment in the quality system was carried out in order to have tools that allow us to improve, increase satisfaction and meet the needs and expectations of the student community and educational stakeholders. | |
